Yari, meaning to lend a helping hand in Farsi, is based on the fundamental belief that every life has equal value and as Iranians we should strive and we are obligated to help improve the lives of the children of our home country.
Operating Principals
Aiming to liaison between Persians who are willing to provide aid and those in need, as an organization Yari is founded on the following principals:
- We demand ethical behavior of ourselves,
- We strive to contribute all donations directly to those in need with minimal overhead costs maximizing the impact of each dollar,
- We direct our attention to causes that enable children to achieve independence and self sustainability, and
- We commit to full transparency of funds, every cent donated will be accounted for and reported to the contributors
